Talent has nothing to do with it. I never heard a girl say she's looking for a talented man. I think your problem is elsewhere.
If you're too shy to talk to girls you won't get far. Maybe you just look funny or talk funny. Even geeks eventually get some. If you want a girl like in the girly magazines you probably have to pay for that.

don't worry, there's no problem with you. for example, my boyfriend was 23 when he had sex for the first time. there's no time limit to experience these things, you have enough time. you just need to walk with open eyes and find the perfect girl for you.
