i employ almost 40 people in my compony but i believe som e are not even doing their work but spend the whole day on the internet but i have no proof, does anyone know any good software i can use to spy on what they are doing all the time so that i can have evidence before i sack some of them?? why dont you try talking to them first, and if you're gonna "sack" them then make sure of your facts, remember there are basic conditions of employent that you still need to adhere to as well a disciplinary procedure...

There are some netcafe software's like CCAutoSoft, mycafecup !!! u can find crack also in the net!!!
