The week cycle is shared by various calendar systems (although the significance of special days such as Friday, Saturday, and Sunday varies). Systems of leap days usually do not affect the week cycle. The week cycle was not even interrupted when 10 dates were skipped when the Gregorian calendar was introduced.

The Julian calendar introduces an error of 1 day every 128 years. So every 128 years the tropical year shifts one day backwards with respect to the calendar. Furthermore, the method for calculating the dates for Easter was inaccurate and needed to be refined.

In order to remedy this, two steps were necessary: 1) The Julian calendar had to be replaced by something more adequate. 2) The extra days that the Julian calendar had inserted had to be dropped.

The solution to problem was the Gregorian calendar, by 1582 vernal equinox had moved days approximately 10 days backwards. So 10 days had to be dropped.

Changes in the 1500s required 10 days to be dropped.
Changes in the 1600s required 10 days to be dropped.
Changes in the 1700s required 11 days to be dropped.
Changes in the 1800s required 12 days to be dropped.
Changes in the 1900s required 13 days to be dropped.

So basically what im saying is that with all the stuff ups and changes to the original time calender, there is no way that is could truely be the 6th of the 6th 2006.

Youre being to superstitious, there was no anticrist born today, if it was really the case, he would already been born some time ago and there is nothing you can do to change it. Accept it.

no mainly for the fact that the 666 thing has nothing to do with the date. It is a mark on the hand or the forhead which allows monetary transfers (buying ****). For the company the anti christ is suppose to own... or something along those lines any way... no the date doesnt matter...

I do, it could actually be the day that George Bush Resigns from the presidency, It could be the day that the stock market crashes. Other than those two events happening, I don't see anything that could be special about it, except, if i get a shock from the tax man.
