We are allowing it to. Remeber though, everything is cyclical and what ever goes down, has to come up again, in one form or another. The world has always been this way. Nothing has changed in 10,000. years. Don't worry about it. It is the way of the world. To get things going up again, start with being kind to every one you meet. Say hello with a smile when passing by a stranger on the street. It is sure to make someones day. They will remember that when they get home and have a good sleep. You will make a good impression and the next day I am sure that stranger will do the same for someone else. So on and so on.
