Yes he should because he played the game. He was wrong not to turn the others in BUT that shouldn't keep him out of the Hall. He should have been kept out of the game, forced to retire. The ones who were cheating should have been kept out of the Hall. Bonds isn't IN THE HALL for the record. Neither is Big Mac, who proably won't get in. I'm sure he is pissed that Bonds hasn't retired because Bonds is a reminder of that era and it will make the voters vote against him as a punishment to what he likely did. Until they are in you can't compare the two situations.

Shoeless Joe Jackson should be in the hall of fame, Cooperstown NY

Shoeless Joe Jackson should rot in obscurity. He disgraced the game of baseball, the uniform of the Chicago White Sox and his own name by taking money and agreeing to put the fix in on the world series.

He'll never go to the hall. And he shouldn't.

Hopefully, he'll have company on the outside-looking-in. Bonds should be banned for life too.

No doubt about, plus hes had better numbers then most of them as well, should also put Pete Rose in the Hall as well!!! I hate that steriods have impacted the game like this and hate Barry Bonds even more for cheating the game!!!

Yes! Jackson should be in the HOF period. His numbers in the World Series proved he played the game to the best of his ability. He was banned because he had knew the what the others were doing. Yet...MLB and other players know Bond is doing steriods....does this make sense??

The real cheaters like Bonds are a disgrace to the game. Blame the recent leadership of MLB, who bowed weakly to the player's assn. whenever talk of drug testing came up. It took the US Congress to get involved before anything started getting done.
