I have found that the News of the World / Sun are the best. Although they are only printed on newspaper paper (and are therefore a bit flimsy and see-through) they have all the details for the 1st round fixtures - date, day, time (GMT and local), coverage start time, kick off time, and TV channels that the match can be viewed on. What more could you ask for....apart from England to win of course.
Both papers have actually already printed theirs (last week) so maybe they will be doing another one closer to Englands 1st match, or you should be able to download them online (or pay for them to send you a copy by post)

I am unsure, but I think most of the newspapers have put their wallcharts out already. For a one you can print out: http://home.skysports.com/worldcup/homearticle.asp?hlid=376741&clid=&channel=worldcup2006&title=World+Cup+2006+Wallchart

The Observer had a really good one last Sunday (sorry!). But you could probably track it down if you have a friendly newsagent. The Guardian also did a really good pull out yesterday (sorry again!). I don't read the tabloids so I don't know about any of theirs.
