Yes you can but it is not easy. As an earlier question mentions you cannot solder titanium so it would have to be heated and strecthed by hammering onto a tapered bar. This would only be possible for one maybe two sizes increase as the metal will become brittle with working. It really depends on the shape of the ring as to how easy this would be. You would need to go to a specialist jeweller who is experienced in working titanium.

I'm not sure. Titanium can't be soldered which means it is pretty much impossible to resize it. Search on Google for jewellers who specialise in titanium jewellery as they will be able to give you the best advice.

I don't think so as Titanium is not at all ductile or malleable, so it won't stretch and the temperatures needed are so very high.
Even working it with tools is very difficult so I think you will just have to go on a diet or start a fashion and wear it on your Pinkie finger.

I just took some old costume jewlery that was my great grandmothers to the jewlers and had it sized and fixed. if they can do that I'm sure thay can resize your ring.and its inexpencive.
