I would look at what you are doing with your skin that may be causing the problem. Your products could be clogging your skin. This could be your eye cream, moisturiser or most probably your make up.
Most foundations contain around 65 ingredients, which are mostly thickeners, fragrances, colours and preservatives. All junk that ruins your skin.
I suggest a natural makeup. ID Bare Escentuals is my favorite. I use these products myself and in my beauty business. It only has 4 ingredients and also contains an spf 15.
You need to cleanse once in the morning and twice at night to thoroughly remove all of the days impurities. If you have ID Bare Escentuals you can actually sleep in it because it is so pure. But make sure you at least wash it off the next day.
You can have a salon service called extractions which some will do and some wont. It is a process where the skin is softened under a steamer, the milia is pricked with a fine extraction needle and simply wriggled out gently from the skin. This in not painful at all. I have done this for my boyfriend and some of my clients who have had some milia.
See your local Skin Therapist. Good luck.

I haven't had them but a friend did. She just started exfoliating her face on a regular basis. Clinque do an amazing product called Turnaround - you can get it as a cream or face mask - and this helps to renew your skin.
If your milia are quite severe, then unfortunately you'll need to see a dermatologist to extract them. You can have a go yourself, but my friend managed to scar her face doing that!
You may have them as a result of a medical condition but it could be that the cleansers etc you are using on your face are too harsh, so make sure you use stuff for sensitive skin.
Good luck!

Tea tree and lavender oil are antiseptic and can work wonders on the right skin. Give them a go, you'll smell nice if nothing else!
