Honey, is that you under another ID writing this question? I know that you have no time for going to the gym but as "I told you before" there is only a couple of things that you can do under your desk or sitting in the car while you are driving ....... I'll tell you again : Sitting behind your desk: Lean back in your chair, straighten your legs and take them about 6" above the floor pull yourself forward ... now feel your abs and stomach ... see how tight they are getting..... keep it up during the day whenever you feel the urge. Sitting in the car: Push your butt down and up .... this works your lower stomach .... hold for ten seconds and release. Do this even when you are standing up. Actually you can do these exercises wherever you are. Good luck. Oh .... found that you're not my partner of 13 years because he just came home from work and saw me typing this ........ darn .... if only he stayed around to read it. Ohhhh well. Maybe some day. Hey good luck ... and this does happen .... I'm 55 now and it really worked for me. Yep ... women also get those "love handles" that you are talking about. Cheers

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

First of all, stop drinking beer or alcohol or fat food. Try a healthy diet.
Also work out will help, you will notice the difference after a month of starting

Nothing like a good walk in morning. Also practice some abdomen exercises. Take less fats.

if ure lazy to work out..y dont u dance? dance is also a workout,n besides, its much more fun listening to the radio while dancing!!! plus! u can also learn new steps!
