First let me say, forget everything you heard about the numbers, six, six, six.
The reason is that if the verse in the bible is to be understood in a literal sense, then the number can only be malevolent if they are placed upon the right hand or on the forehead. The numbers themselves are not bad or unlucky. If the numbers are placed, for example, upon the left hand or the shoulder, then even the bible says they are no longer considered a bad sign.
In fact, the exact opposite is true, as the number 666 is considered mystical and holy. The number 6 not only represents the six directions (up, down, north, south, east, and west) and the six names of God in Hebrew, it is also considered God's number, because He created the world in 6 days.
Additionally, 666 is the numerical value of the Hebrew prayer: "Ata yigdal na koach Ado-nai" or "Now, let the power of my Lord grow." This was Moses' prayer invoking the power of God. (Hebrew is the language of the Ten Commandments and the Arc of the Covenant, two of the religion's holiest icons.)
Additionally, it is the numeric value of Vav, the sixth letter of many Semitic alphabets, including Phoenician, Aramaic, Hebrew, Syrian and Arabic, and it too refers to creation.
So yes, it is a powerful number. But no, it is not malevolent. Just the opposite is true as you can see. It is the number of God. It is the number of protection and creation.

It is a vain attempt of man to try to predict the end of the world. As the same on y2k, No man knows the day or the hour. In my eyes It's folk lore. just because of all the other times They tried the same thing like in1999 because 999 is 666 upside down I personally think that It is not worth worrying about. It is Also a day planed by satanists to gather together and worship the devil and pray against Christianity. So I guess It is cursed depending on what you believe. Will be just like any other day with the difference that many will not actually enjoy it, because they believe that the sixth day of the sixth month of 2006 has great significance for evil-doers and Satanists who revere the number 666

If anything was to happen and the Antichrist is born today ,we would not know until about 30 yrs time when he has gained power ..and it is said he would come as a saviour of people so that he would not be recognised as the son of the devil. people would following him unknowingly.his reign would start in the east and would move throughout Europe..also a major religious sect would disappear and all other religions would become one ..tell tell signs of this happening would be churches being closed to people and christian religions would have there faiths criticised with the event of new documentation from past centuries coming to light ..

well aunty was told she had cancer today and that she only has 2 moths to live and one of my bestie's had her wedding today but everything went wrong, eg the cake went missing, the groom didnt show, the dresses were torn to pieces even thought they were in a cupboard with a lock on by the way she was getting married at 6:06pm on the 06/06/06 isnt that wierd????

No I do not believe today is cursed. Evil only happens if you set yourself up for it. It's not the end of the world. Trust me, you will KNOW when that occurs along with everybody and everything in every life form on our planet Earth.

Well i thought it was crap, but when I woke up this morning it was at 06:06:06 on the 06/06/06, it was -06 degrees celcius outside!!!!!!!!

Well, nothing worst cannot happen today, because the bad things are already with us, just take a look at the world, listen to the news, the 06.06.06 is everywhere and everyday! It's just a coincidence of having triple 6!
