would I have to buy a car with a built in IPOD cable, like the Honda Fit/Civic/Accord or the acura RDX

no, but you will need to purchase that ipod cozy thing that looks like a big gulp beverage holder,, theres no other way.

Doesn't matter which car you buy... it's really the stereo that goes with it. Make sure the stereo has an auxillary input so you can plug in your ipod. Or if not, get an Ipod FM Transmitter.

NOPE! at like walmart thye have these tape thingys with a cable attached to it. the cable fits in your earphones thing. just put the tape in your tape thingy... and but the cable in your earphones thing... and play music! and its only about $15

no, u can buy devices to hook up to the car so you can listen to your ipod in the car.
