It is fine to breastfeed. However, you may have damage to your breasts that keeps you from producing a full milk supply. Any breast (or chest) surgery at any time in your life may cut milk ducts and/or nerves. Either of these can decrease milk production capability.
If ducts were cut, the milk may not be able to flow from deep in the breast. This would cause engorgement, which would decrease milk production (it's like sending a telegram saying "milk not moving; there's too much for the baby"). Luckily, most women can produce enough milk in two breasts to nurse *four* babies, so if the damage is relatively small, it will still be okay. If nerves were cut, the brain just may not get the message that more milk *is* needed, and will reduce production.
All of this gets complicated still further by the fact that breasts develop during pregnancy, and they try to *repair* damage. So even if you had a lot of damage from the surgery, you may still produce plenty of milk. And if you don't for this baby, you still may following *another* pregnancy and whatever gets fixed that time.
I am including a reference for more information. It is a Web site about breast *reduction* surgery, but many of the issues are the same for *all* breast and chest surgery. I hope it helps!!

Why moan once you have a bf already who likes you. in spite of in case you didnt have a bf or he didnt like your physique, implants are no longer nicely worth a single little bit of you wellness, money, time and attempt. There are different issues you could desire to be pursuing it gradual with which comprise pursuits or matters of interest. the reality end result's that Implants won't make something extra effective, its a guy made product - no longer a drugs or scientific care. Implants are no longer miracle workers, they wont unexpectedly make wrongs stunning, substitute the style you feeling approximately your self and your existence any further appropriate than what it relatively is. If you can breastfeed, it is okay for you to breastfeed. Occasionally the surgery to get implants will damage the milk glands and cause supply problems, but even then, you could supplement with an SNS. If you were cut through the nipple, you are more likely to have problems, but you could also be just fine. Fingers crossed for you to start leaking colostrum at the end of your pregnancy so you *know* things will be fine!

Breast implants themselves do not have negative consequences in breast-feeding. However, the surgery is the main cause for concern because of the risk of severing milk ducts or disruption of important nerves responsible for triggering milk production. This means that the location of the implant matters.

Yes, I would think that you're breasts would continue to function even though you went through a procedure that made them appear larger. I mean the existing breasts were never removed, right?
