I believe because it's not proved otherwise.

No. Time travel is not possible. I've come to this conclusion from looking at the ways people believe it is possible: which include black holes (a special 5 dimensional type particularly), wormholes, and travelling faster than light.
Each of these ideas has impossible requirements. This black hole could not be built, wormholes require massive amounts of negative energy, and travelling faster than light requires an infinite amount of energy (and does not even guarantee backwards time travel).
This is for only backwards time travel, and not forward. Forward time travel is, of course, trivially true. Here is a bibliography from a paper that was written on this topic, both for and against backwards time travel.

Time Travel is possible. Recently I learned more about Cabal damaging Earth's local space-time continuum. This damaging started with a "time-travel" experiment by the Cabal, operating out of the Pine Gap NSA installation ("Joint Defense Space Research Facility"), 12 1/2 miles south of Alice Springs, in the central desert Outback of Australia on 12/25/04. The experiment involved secret advanced technology to create an extreme-energy 3-D holographic portal of such energy that local "space-time" would be "bent", allowing the experimenter to pass through the portal into a different time coordinate. Although Cabal big-shots and their scientists and engineers were warned in advance by other, level-headed scientists, that the Cabal did not have a sufficient understanding of what they were playing with, and would cause harm if they proceeded, the Cabal went ahead anyway. On Christmas Day, 2004 the Cabal delivered to the Earth and its people a most decideedly unwelcome Christmas present. Actually the forces they unleashed were poweful that they reached "backwards in time one day", and caused an 8.1 Great Earthquake in a seamount between Tasmania and Antarctica. Recklessly disregarding the damaging effects of their experiment, the first installment of which arrived a day BEFORE the experiement, the Cabal pulled the switch anyway. Results: Great Quake (8.1) strikes about 400 miles off Tasmania toward Antarctica (12/24/04). Great Quake (9.0) strikes off the west coast of Sumatra (indonesia) 12/26/04. Great Quake (8.0) strikes near Fiji/Tonga, about 1500 miles northeast of Tasmania 05/03/06). Large Quake (6.3) strikes near Yogyakarta, Java, Indoesia (05/28/06), about 1200 miles south-southeast of the Sumatra Great Quake.

Time travel can be done. Most Time travelers will not reveal that they are time travelers to anybody and those that do reveal that they are time travelers will be thought of as lying. For all you know time machines could be invented in the past. Time machines will be kept as a secret especially to the public.

Time and travel are two different entities. There is no comparison possible. It is like comparing dogs and cats for commonness.

Physics says yes but you can't go back to a time before you made the time machine. You can build your time machine and then years later use it to go back as far as the time you built it. If I remember right it involved using the intense gravity around a black hole.

Not a Chance!...We may be able to travel throught the galaxies in the future...But there is only one " REAL ' time, and that is Now.
The Past & Future do not exist...Only in our Minds.
