Yes I do. One of my most popular sandwiches for a catering event is: Chicken Vesuvio on foccachia bread. I marinade skinless, boneless chicken breast over night. I then, oven roast the chicken breast. The sandwich is made to perfection with chicken breast, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise on tomato foccachia bred.
To marinade chicken, use one part lemon juice, one part white wine, sprinkle basil, garlic, thyme, and oregano. Easy on the thyme.

Its a denser Italian style bread usually brushed with olive oil and fresh rosemary. Its usually flatter and can be used for a hearty sandwich. Its also great for dipping into olive oils seasoned with italian herbs. hope this helps.
