What if I delete my temporary internet files would it make a problem to my system?

In Internet Explorer - Go to menu Tools -> Internet Options and click on clear history
In Mozilla - Go to Tools -> Options -> Privacy Tab -> History tab (with Privacy maintab) -> Clear Browsing History
Deleteing Temporary files is not a problem at all.

Go to Tools then Internet Options. On the main page there should be the Internet History on the bottom. Simply click 'Clear History'.
Deleting Temporary Internet Files shouldn't be a problem.

Depending on what browser you're using; there should be a button called "history". If that doesn't appear, at the top left corner of the browser is the word "tools". You want the word "preference"; which could be in tools or in edit. Either way, you can delete all history and cookies. Deleting temporary internet files isn't a problem for your system, if you defragment your computer on a regular basis; it does that anyway.

It is very good and necessary to delet your temporary internet files from your computer. it makes your computer slow sometimes a virus also can be hiden there when you are browsing the internt.
direction for deleting
go to your drive (D/C) open it then open Documents and Settings folder then if it is a shared computer there will be a privilage folder under ur name open that . it is usualy hid the recent and internet temprry fil , so go to tool menue chose folder option then click on view
select Show hidden folder then go back to the folder and open the recent and internet temporary fils folder. selct them all and use shif+Delt then press Enter. they will all delet not only from your computer it delet from the server too.

the best option available to delete history is to
right click on Internet explorer icon and go to properties, then click on delete offline content and you can clear your history also, you can also set the duration where your history will be deleted automatically...
deleting your histort info will not be any problem to your system thought you can not have the history of your web activities...

One way is to use the clear history button in internet options. Another way is to go to your history folder in local settings and delete the contents manually, cos sumtimes clear history doesnt work.

EXPLORER BAR
Then HISTORY
If I only want to delete things in the last 3 weeks.
I can pick which ones, or delete all at that time.

if your using internet explorer right click the e icon then go to my properties and hit clear history.....
they are safe to delete....
