yes they can
i mean they have a good batting line up inspite of tendulkar not being in the team and they have shown that they can come back strongly in the game. its only that they have to play sensibly the batsman should bat well and the bowlers should maintain their line an length we are the better side

Yes. They are playing well without Pathan and Harbhan. When they are back, India will be stronger and it should help them perform better
