Does anyone know if Effexor XR can lower the strenth of birth control pills?

I know that some medications can lower the strenth of birth control pills and I was wondering if Effexor XR was one of those.

Drugs that interfere with the effectiveness of birth control pills are almost always antibiotics. Effexor doesn't appear to do so.

all I know or head as people being on Effexor Xr have report a increase in pregnancy, I had a tubal pregnancy on it, and my tubes was tied?
