no, Dravid has proved numerous times in the past his capability as middle order batsmen , he needs to be there in the middle order to provide the team the much needed dependability

No, i dont think thats a good idea because hes best suited the no 3 spot and he not being in the middle order weakens the line up because of inexperience in the middle order moreover to begin the innings i feel a team shuld get off with a flyer but rahul dravid is not that an agressive batsman

dravid is the team captain if we take he can bat at any no. its wrong. Its hard for a batsmen to open but dravid is capable of doing that.but then it weakens the middle order. if he opens then if he gets out who would do the job of the middle order batsmen

I dont think he should open, as there is no one to support the middle order if he departs early and thats exactly the reason why India lost 4-1 to westindies.

yeah it's not right dravid shoul'd open for india coz it' preety much weakens the middle order or if he even wants to open, then dhoni should be sent to no.3

i completely agree with aditi
india should look for a more flamboyant but stable opener & dravid should come in around no3 or no4 depending upon the situation

I dont think so...he has been a pucca team man...but that doesnt mean we should keep on changing his slot and role.he is the perfect one drop in the team and he brings experience to the middle order.
