Mollies dont lay eggs they are live bearing fish. If you dont want the mother or other fish to eat the babies then you can move her to a birthing tank or breeding net/box if you dont have another tank. But if your tank is planted then the fry have a good enough chance to survive in the tank with the parents as long as its not over stocked.

Don't change the water, cuz you might take some eggs with you.
try to keep it clean though, give them food so they won't eat the eggs
and if you see that they're chewing and nipping at the eggs take them out of the tank. Good Luck.

collect the eggs and put them in separate pond or before laying eggs separate the fish to another pond

put the pregnant fish into a seperate container because the other fish will try to eat the eggs.leave the baby fish and their mother seperated until the babies are large/strong enough to fend for themselves.put a water heater (like the one for your aquarium) in the seperate container or the babies will freeze to death.remember to feed them!!!!
