Before my husband left for Iraq we tried to get pregnant. But it didn't work. We tried for 4 months. Now when he gets back we will try again. What is the nest way, vitamins,pills to use? MY period is sometimes iregular so I don't know if that makes it harder.

go to http://www.mymonthlycycles.com and put in your period
info and it will calculate when you will be fertile and ovulating.
take folic acid
relax
stop worrying
take your temp with a body basal therometer
after sex hold your legs up for 10 minutes so the sperm dosen't come out as quickly
tell your man to wear boxers

Try having it on the 10 - 17 th day ( counting from the 1st day of ur periods)
Try different positions- some times it helps, as it gives a better inclination to sperms to swim.
consult your doctor, she might give you some meds, vitamins and some power pills , which helps keep the sperms strong and let them live longer int he womb.

Go see your doc/gyno and check out the irregular period it may have something to do with you not being able to get preg? There might be a possibility....other than that PLENTY SEX!! :p Have fun!!

This may be an old wives tail, I don't know, I'm a Male and certainly no expert on the subject, so please don't laugh when I say this.
But, I've heard that after having sex, if you put a pillows under your butt and legs, and sleep that way overnight, you'll have a greater chance of becoming pregnant. (And yes, I'm serious, no joke)

Just keep on having sex.
You can get those test for your ovulation times now. I suggest getting one of those.

if you bang more than 6 times its possible to have more than 1 baby.the most imporartant thing continue and in enjoy it.
