Rafael Nadal is THE BEST

The question isn't very specific. Who is better at what? The most interesting question is who is the better all-around player, because they're both so very talented. Roger Federer has more experience and more success on more surfaces. He's beaten the best of the previous generation (in Pete Sampras and Andre Agassi). Nadal is like LeBron James in tennis. He's a physical freak. As a junior he was a man among boys, and now he's a kid dominating the men.

If Nadal and Federer were to go head-to-head and play 100 matches on different clay courts, different hard courts and different grass courts, and if the matches were divided evenly among the surfaces, Federer would definitely come out the winner (I'd even go so far as to say that he'd win around 60%; all 33 on grass, 20 on hard courts and 5 - 10 on clay). However, that's not how the professional tour works.

Nadal is still a clay court specialist at heart, and as such, he's the better player on clay.

Federer is the best player in the world, and that's why he is so dominant on so many surfaces.

I hope that helps.

It is hard to say. Federer is good coz he could win matches on any surface. That's why he's world no.1. Nadal is also good. He has an incredible winning streak on clay. He's young, and he can be even better in the years to come. It's pretty evenly matched, but Nadal can only beat Federer on clay, while Federer can only beat Nadal on any surface except clay. It's a tough decision, but I give Federer the edge. He's more experienced, and has a different style. He's also spontaneous in each surface he plays on.

Roger Federer is the best player ion the world today. He has the best overall game in Men's Tennis today. Where as Nadal is a clay coart specialist. He holds the record for the maximum number of clay coatr wins in a row. Nadal is better on clay coarts but on the whole Federer is the best.

On Rafael, he is the best on clay.

Roger has won on all the surface, even clay, just not the French Open.

Roger will definitely be the 'under dog' when he face Nadal in the final. But I hope he will beat Nadal this time round.

Federer dominates the whole sport, with the exception to one man: Nadal. Federer is still better

Nadal has beaten Federer I think 4 out of five times. He is the best on clay out of the two.
