It's a rock song (I think from 2005) where, in the chorus, there is a high-pitched electric guitar, playing the same high note in a Morse code-like rhythm.

I don't really know any words, sorry - I only caught the chorus very quickly and couldn't make any out, but it sounded like they (a guy, by the way) was singing, "suck yourself", although that's probably wrong!!!

I've tried contacting the radio station that played the song - on May 30 2006 between 11:30 and 11:55 a.m. (98 Rock in Baltimore), but received no response.

Yeah! I know that one. It goes like, "la-laaa, laaa, laaa." And like, that drums banging and then stop.
Right? That one?

Maybe it's a Slipknot song or a Rasmus song called "Shot". There are a lot of songs with that but SlipKnoT's album Vol. 3: (The Subliminal Verses) there are several songs that have that kind of morse code thing in it.

where did you hear it, radio or an advert? If it was on radio maybe contacting the station would help and they could give you the playlist for that day?
