I don't think so....once yer pregnant you stop being fertile

No, I don't think it is possible. Once the first fetus develops, the ovulation process stops, and so the second would not be possible. If you are pregnant with 2 fetuses, they are the same age. It is not inconceivable (sorry!), however, that they have two different fathers. If it was a very busy night . . .

Although it is possible to have 2 separate fathers of the twins, it is not however, possible for the fetuses to be at different stages of fertility.

Once you are impregnated, you can't get pregnant again until you have had your baby(s). Once one egg has been fertilized, the others are blocked from being fertile. The same also applies for a males sperm, once one gets in the others become sterile. To have twins or triplets (etc.) the fetus splits to become either identical twins or fraternal twins (triplets,etc).

Ovulation stops when the egg is fertilized. It is not possible for another egg to be released after one (or more, if more than one egg is released at the same time) has already been fertilized. So you won't ovulate for about nine months (i.e., you won't have a period, no eggs are released) while you are pregnant.

its possible, but not likely. that would mean you ovulated while pregnant. I did know a woman who did just that, though. one baby was full term, the other was only 3 pounds and spent 3 weeks in an incubator

Yes it can happen. You body doesn't throw out that hormone right away. making it possible for you to concieve again. Which if you slept with two different guys and can have two different fathers.

I don't think what you're saying is possible, twins have to at least be the same age, because once you're pregnant with one it won't be possible to conceive another.

I saw something like that on Maury. This lady had twins, but didn't know who the father was. One guy was the father of one kid and the other guy was the father of the other kid. It was crazy!
