I have had this problem for about 6 months. It worked before but now I don't know what has happened. Its prabably something wrong with the monitor. It gives me this note:The system is using the generic video driver. Please install video driver provided by the hardware manufacture, and also I get this message:Direct3D functionality not available. You should verify that the driver is a final version from the hardware manufacture. So does any one like know how to help me fix this problem, if you can get 10 extra points! Good luch and please help if you can.

install the video driver once again from the manufacturer CD.

You can do this by;

Right click on MyComputer icon
click on properties
goto Hardware
click on Device Manager
Check for the video driver and uninstall it
save the settings and restart your computer
After restart windows will ask for the original CD for the driver
insert the cd on cd-rom drive

enjoy all the movies once again
