I know this is a possiblity...a baby girl can also bleed from her vagina. This is not uncommon and it is simply from the mothers hormones passed through to the baby.

Some babies do have milk production right after they are born. This is a norrmal reaction to the hormones they were exposed to at the end of pregnancy and during the birth. *Don't* try to express the milk; don't press on the baby's nipples. The milk will go away all by itself in a very short time.

Milk is not "pressed out" from their nipples, but sometimes their nipples may leak milk for a short time after birth (whether they are boys or girls!). This is caused by the passing of pregnancy/lactating hormones from mother to child through the placenta just before birth. It goes away almost immediately.

I've never heard of this, but I'm sure it's possible, I mean look at the little baby they are going to do surgery on today to remove an almost fully developed arm. Strange things happen during the growing stages of a fetus and the birthing process so you never really know what to expect.

No! Milk only comes with pregnancy - There is no reason for an unborn baby to be storing milk

sometimes babies will have some kind of liquid come out from their nipples when born. it does not matter if they are boys or girls. this is caused by the mixture of hormones that have been going on inside your placenta.. mixture of hormones of the mother and the baby...
