I don't know if there is any such thing as a natural born liar. There are those that are talented actors, which is a big part in pulling your lie off. Coupled with this is the way that the person was brought up. Spoiled children and children that find that they can get what they want by lying and not get in trouble tend to get in the habit of lying. So it's habit combined with acting ability that makes 'natural' looking liars. Cheers!

It's all about nurture. Even if someone was born a liar, the right kind of influence will keep him from doing so.

nobody born to be a liar. God creates us with intelligence built-in such that we can make choice or decision between right and wrong thing.
But the choice we made normally influenced by many factors such as our past experience, our education, our paradigm, and so many things...
A liar has the reason why and it differs from one to another.
Our job is to help them how to be good

The best liars have a mechanism where they actually believe what they are saying, no matter how ridiculous or contradictory the statement. Geprge Orwell called it doublethink

Sometimes it's the only way some people know how to obtain the information they desire. They lie and observe reactions rather than ask direct questions. I doubt this is genetic. More than likely it's developed by observing their family growing up.

Besides, the obvious, nurture, that is, I'd like to add culture as well. Maybe some cultures sanction it more than others. I don't think there is a genetic effect, but, I don't rule it out.
