All depends upon how the look is put together. I think knee boots and a skirt can look sexy and tasteful at the same time.

If it were a knee-length skirt & the colour goes well with the colour of ur boots, & u carry it off well, then it is DEFINITELY SEXY!

depends. i think knee boots with a knee length skirt can be very nice. however, with a mini skirt it would most likely look at little trashy...

if the skirt is REALLY short then yah its skanky...but it also depends on the shirt you wear... if the shirt is also short or really tight or revealing then youll look skanky for sure.
