When a man is having sex or masterbating, he is supposed to feel all the pleasure in the world, culminating in the orgasm, the peak of the pleasure. Pain is therefore an indicator of some disease, unless the cause is torn tissues inside the penis, a very minor ailment, I suppose, not calling for any treatment

Is it the ejaculation which hurts, the build up to it, or the sensation of orgasm? None of these are good. You should try a different technique or two and if you still have pain when you shoot your semen out the I would see a doctor as it could be something serious.

Simple solution...see a doctor! It's fairly common and usually can easily be treated but don't take any chances see a doctor. I know us guys don't like to go to the doc but sometimes we just gotta go do it! Pain while I jacked off (one of my favorite pastimes since I was 12!) would definitely do it for me! Now go!

You need to go and see your doctor. Alternatively, you could go and visit the sexual health clinic at your local hospital - in the UK, they are referred to as GUM clinics. You can visit a GUM clinic WITHOUT referral from your doctor - in addition, you don't have to supply your real name (however, you'll have problems if you forget your false name later on). Your medical information at the GUM clinic is seperate from your medical records at the GP. The GUM clinic will also provide advice, counselling, screening, and even condoms.

It could be prostatitis (an infection in the prostate gland), gonorrhea, or chlamydia. Prostatitis could be caused by things other than an STD, so don't immediately blame your partner without seeing a doctor first.
I would recommend seeing your doctor.
