I have BT broadband, but Talk Talk phone. Leavong area end of June need to cancell BT and Talk Talk phone line. Contacted BT ok. However cant seam to get an e-mail address to cotact Talk Talk . HELP. Once I have moved I intend to go for Talk Talk package of land line and Broadband, but need to be able to contact them first.

Try asking for information in a branch of Carphone Warehouse. Talk Talk is run by Carphone Warehouse so they should hopefully be able to help.

YOU HAVE GOT NO CHANCE .I have been trying to to get on broadband since April the 12th first they lost my mac code then they said they have just put it in on the 24th april , yes you have guessed it still not heard from them each time i waited for ages
to get a human being.
