Let him/her know you need more experience in the job you are applying for (that's why you need the job). That's a weakness. Never tell them negative things; let them find that out after the hire. If you're quick to anger, don't let them know. Only positive things. Needing more experience is positive. Wanting more experience is positive. You don't know that much about the company isn't exactly a weakness, but you could use it, so they think you're trying to find a weakness that you could use for an example. I never tell my weaknesses. I just smile, let them know I am a team player, and give the right answers to all their questions. I am very good at that, so I never would have a problem with interviews. The trick is to know your field. Know what they are going to ask, and be prepared to answer. Say you need to know more, but when you answer everything they want to hear, you will be hired. Period. u tell them information that makes it sound like its a weakness, but its really a good thing. ex. "one of my weaknesses is that i work too hard(i overwork myself). i don't stop a project until i finish it". when u say this, the interviewer will take it that ur a hard worker.
