I hate this question. I normally answer with "Nothing that affects my work".
I reckon it's a dud question for itnerviewers to ask beacuse all people do is come up with some crap they don't mean like "I take on too much work", "I find it hard to say no", etc simply for something to say

Let him/her know you need more experience in the job you are applying for (that's why you need the job). That's a weakness. Never tell them negative things; let them find that out after the hire. If you're quick to anger, don't let them know. Only positive things. Needing more experience is positive. Wanting more experience is positive. You don't know that much about the company isn't exactly a weakness, but you could use it, so they think you're trying to find a weakness that you could use for an example. I never tell my weaknesses. I just smile, let them know I am a team player, and give the right answers to all their questions. I am very good at that, so I never would have a problem with interviews. The trick is to know your field. Know what they are going to ask, and be prepared to answer. Say you need to know more, but when you answer everything they want to hear, you will be hired. Period. Confidence in interviews does the trick every time. You may not get hired after all, but you'll know you can ace interviews. Who ever tells the best story about themself is going to get the job. Don't exaggerate too much, because they better be able to spot it.

This is kind of a trick question that interviewers ask. They don't want any "real" weaknesses, but instead are looking to see how you respond. You should answer it by making any answer sound like a positive - for example: "I'm a perfectionist", or "I can get wrapped-up in my work and sometimes forget to go to lunch", or "I want to learn about every aspect of the business that I sometimes have to remind myself of my immediate goals.

You need to make a review of yourself, personally I have several weaknesses.
During job interviews, I choose a weakness which can be seen as a strength. For example, one of my weaknesses is that I need to always learn something new in my job to keep me motivated.
Second, I demonstrate how I have been able to harness my weakness as a strength. In my example, I usually look for creative ways to learn something new about the organization, my specific job and ways to do my job differently.

if you are going to mention "weaknesses" during a job interview-- make them positive... for example: one of my weaknesses is I tend to be a perfectionist, and I may take longer to finish whatever... hope this makes sense... do not give weaknesses unless you can make them seem like an asset of some sort

Well sir,
My biggiest weekness is that i am human and humans make mistakes, however i try to from them and use that knowlege to better my job preformance.
At some point in interview:
I really appreciate you taking the time to see me and i hope that i get to become part of the (name of company) team. ~shake hand~
Things not to say:
People who work too hard make too many carless errors this is why that answer is bad.
If you say nothing then you are too cocky and are not willing to learn.
If you need a job then you are desperate and will be "looking for something better"
If you get too wrapped up in your work they will worry you will want overtime $ for the hours you worked. maybe down the line.

u tell them information that makes it sound like its a weakness, but its really a good thing. ex. "one of my weaknesses is that i work too hard(i overwork myself). i don't stop a project until i finish it". when u say this, the interviewer will take it that ur a hard worker.
