Do you drink? It may be a "beer belly" & also, what is your body type? you may need to start a healthier eating lifestyle. THAT DOESN'T MEAN GO ON A DIET...DIETS NEVER WORK.
If u want to lose the weight & KEEP IT OFF (which is the most important) of course u have to exercise & eat right BUT water is the key...drinking the 8 glasses a day is not enough, atleast it isnt for me...I drink 24oz of bottles of water every hour almost. Not only does water flush out your system but it also gives you energy without harmful pills. Also You may want to eat lots of chicken & fish... you can have bread as carbs but not to much. The misconception about weight loss is to skip meals or not eat BUT in doing so you actually do more harm than good, because your body will store the fat rather than release it. If you really want to lose weight you have to eat. I eat 5 times a day & I am in perfect shape for my height, age & body type (5'9, early 20's & 145lbs). Just drink your water, do some cardio, focus on your problem area (so do crunches) and dont 4get to eat. If you starve yourself the only thing you lose is your mind. OH! & limit your quantities...when your body says u are full, listen to it & dont over induldge...
(EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT BUT THIS MAY WORK FOR YOU)
My Daily Food schedule includes:
BREAKFAST is
- 1 serving oat, wheat or bran cereal
- 1 medium orange or apple
- 1 cup skim milk over my cereal (tastes the same as regular milk to me)
- 1 whole wheat piece of toast (dry)
LUNCH is
- 1 entree of whatever I want (limited portions)
- 1 medu=ium orange or apple
- a spinach salad with non fat dressing & 1 egg for protein
THE AFTERNOON SNACK is
- an orange or apple
DINNER is
- 1 entree of whatever I want (limited portions)
- 2 cups of fresh veggies
- spinach salad with non fat dressing & 1 egg for protein
Dessert
-1 small serving of whatever I want
AND TONS OF WATER THROUGH OUT THE DAY!!!
I personally drink over 12 to 13, 24oz bottles of water throughout my normal day because it makes u feel better after u get used to it plus ur not "clogged up". Anyway, I hope I could be of some help to you & I hope you lose those unwanted pounds & keep them off...& BTW, STAY AWAY FROM FAD DIETS!!! THEY NEVER WORK!!!

properly Im 22 in no way dated anyone, nevertheless virgin. the ladies folk my age all are married or with teenagers, so I been sorta questioning to this component somebody youthful, yet i do no longer understand any females now. Ive lost touch with all human beings at college, I purely artwork in a small mill thats my life. Now a 24 with a 14 year previous that is seen undesirable right here. The under pressure out element is its criminal for a 14 year previous to be with a 14 year previous.

you and me are in the same boat my friend. 24 and getting a belly.
the cool thing about it all is that were young, that means as soon as we get our metabolism running we should be able to burn the fat away pretty fast.
- excersize - even just a little bit. a few minutes a day is good
- no fast food (ive cut it out completely)
- no soda (beleive it or not it contributes alot to your gut, drink water)
- eat right - lots of greens, substitute healthy food for other stuff.
thats it!

Diet and excersise.
Do sprints three times a week for 15 min. Then lift weights three times a week. Eat clean protine and complex carbs. Lots of vegies.

it could be caused by bloating which can be improved so ive heard through avoiding alcohol, starchy carbs, and eat slower and drink loads of water, however regular exercise (more then 3 times a week) that increases your heart rate by at least 50% will not only help your stomach but also your overall physic.

naturally... try the standard ways first: exercising and diet changes... if that doesnt work then try leptoprin... "when is a diet pill worth 155 dollars a bottle.... when it works really works..." just kidding i have that commercial drilled into my mind... anyway your only 24 a diet change and exercise should help... if not its just your natural body type and not much that can be done.... unless you feel it is absolutely necessary to mutilate yourself in the name of this so called standard of beauty...

drink HUGE amounts of water and do crunches..lay on your back and begin by bringing your knees up as close to your chest as you can, then repeat until you start to feel it. another way I made my gut a little smaller is lay in bed and hold your legs up until your tummy starts to get a little sore or your legs get a little sore. this will start toning your muscles also.
for love handles ( fat on your sides) try holding a broomstick across your shoulders and twisting side to side with it until you get tired or start to feel a bit of pain. keep with the program and you will notice differences
