Hrmm, the most volcanically active body known anywhere to Man?
That is the moon of Jupiter called Io (eye-oh). Percentage wise there are more actively erupting volcanoes than on any other body in our knowledge base. This is due to the enormous tidal forces acting upon its rotating surface caused by Jupiter's gravity.
If you meant what is the most active volcano here on earth, I do not know. But Krakatoa had the biggest bang.
