Leave it alone. There are more important things going on, other than something ineffectual that happens every morning. Don't talk about it like it's a problem. It's a great reminder that you are man - now get out there and have a great day, man!

Well, let's see..
1) Cut it off.
2) Get a permanent drainage of your bladder..
Because it comes from the fact that the bladder is usually filled in the morning, as such impacting the blood flow down there. And this normally leads to the effect that you describe.
Well, if of course you want to treat it effectively after it happened, the people above have already given some good suggestions...

Jacking off always worked for me! Nice way to start the morning too! At age 65, the morning wood doesn't come as often as it did (sigh) but the same solution still works...now it's more of a celebration you understand!
