you have to believe that you have something to offer that nobody else does. pay closer attention to yourself and notice the way that you do things and the way that others do things and how you differ from others. celebrate the things that make you different from other people instead of trying to change them so that you fit in.

some people can and some can not. i for 1 need the support of others to be fully confident and i give others that confidence. but you can talk to more people to gain sureness of what and how you say things.
