The tips listed below came from Medindia.com. Personally I use coconut oil on my feet in summer to eliminate sandal foot.

Tips 1:

Rub with limejuice, leave for10-15 minutes. Soak a towel in hot water and scrub firmly.


Tips 2:

Mix 1 tspn coconut oil with ½ a tspn of limejuice. Apply and wash in the same way with a hot towel.

get a BufPuf and use it everyday. This will gently exfoliate the skin on your knees and elbows. When I was younger, I played a lot of sports and had tons of scars and stuff. But my mom always made me bathe with a Buf Puf and I still use one to this day, and I don't have any scars or marks on my body because of that. I also use BufPufs on my face (they make facial pads that you can use daily) and that helps with pimples and oily skin. You can go to www.drugstore.com and check out a selection there. Good luck!

Take lemons and rub them on your elbows and knees..........it might take a while (could be days or weeks) depending on how dark they actually are, but it is a natural bleach and a cheap and painless place to start.

Certain parts of the body often have different shades or skin tone. Unless you want to do a Michael Jackson, just accept what you have.

Cut a lemon in half and place your elbows in each half, possibly while wat ching television. This should be repeated every three days.
