Asking questions takes five points from your score.
You can't delete answers. Just because you don't like them doesn't mean that they may not be a real solution to your question.
If the answer in question is breaking the rules, you can report the user for that answer.

Contact Yahoo through the "report abuse" link next to the person who gave a poor response. They've deleted an idiotic answer to one of my serious questions.
