Though aging is part of nature, it does make a difference when you really take care of your skin
1. Keep your skin Hydrated, and nurish your skin.
- Drink plenty of water, 2000ml a day.
- Eat Vitamin E rich foods
- My family fiound Lamb and gelitine rich foods visibly enhance your skin elasticity
-Using moisturiser designed to fight aging. I find Japanses products really good, like Shisedo and SKII. anti-aging facial cream and eye cream (eyes are where wrinkles gather a lot)
- Using anti aging masks and home made oats and egg white masks are good for reducing fine lines
2. Ensure your beauty sleep is done
3. Try not to wrinkle your facial skin when you smile and laugh. But don't worry too much on this, Look natual is more important if you find this one hard.
Good luck

I look at least 10 years younger than I am...thanks to good genes and a healthy diet: plenty water, milk, well, you know all the good stuff. BUT I did something stupid while staying for many months in a tropical place: it was so hot and humid I just couldn't get myself to moisturize my face. My face did not suffer from it, I guess because at night I was still treating it right with my night ritual but my eye contour did. I felt very sad about it (it looked ugly, undermoisturized, dry, blackened, wrinkled, etc) and found a wonderful product that almost erased the damage. RoC Retinol vitamines A+C+E Triple Action (wrinkles, bags, dark circles). RoC has the eye contour cream along with the face cream. I don't know about the face cream but the eye contour one is just a miracle. It works wonder. I do not know where you are located but you might be able to find it online and have it shipped to you. You might also want to try other RoC products, specifically for wrinkles. I hope it works for you as well as it did for me. Rejoice, because there is hope!

First thing is you dont look 32, you look younger. How you age depends on your genes. My mum and Dad both look younger than their age and people say I do to. however drinking lots of water, eating healthy food and limiting toxins also make a massive different to the way your skin looks and feel.
However I also think that beauty comes from within, and a bright positive outlook and a happy smiley disposition is the best way to look younger than your years.
There are also loads of products on the market which fill and plump lines. A friend of mine has restylane treatment every 6 months and she swears by it. It is a natural alternative to botox I believe and fills fine lines. She definately looks better for having it but it is quite expensive-£300 and lasts 6-12 months.
Dont worry too much about it, your as young as you feel!

Keep your skin as clean as possible for starters. Use a mask and scrub once a week. You can get some really good at-home microdermabrasion kits now

i'm just 28, but have the same problem!
drink lots of water (to hydrate from the inside), use a night cream (to hydrate from the outside), limit sun exposure, and when you can't avoid the sun, use sunscreen to prevent further damage.
oh, and keep living your life and enjoy everything. just remember girl: you earned those lines. :D

Moisturizing creams would help. Something like a night and day cream.
