It's OK to beat them as long as it is at something like cards. I suggest you play "GO FISH", a simple card game. After you have beaten your wives at GO FISH, you can then watch Cable TV and enjoy BIG LOVE. BIG LOVE, is about another foolish cult with many wives.
By the way, real men don't physically beat women.

If you are truly mooselem then you know the crrap teaches that you must first condemn (scold) them. After that you must ground them to the bedroom. (just like a child) Only then may you beat them and only then with a tooth brush! For real. That book says tooth brush! It refers to a stick or twig used to clean teeth in ancient Mesopotamia.

what you do is get a bucket of wet cement, plunge both your feet into that bucket and wait for the cement to set. You'll know when that happens because you won't be able to remove your feet from the bucket or the cement.
Then politely and RESPECTFULLY ask both of your wives to drive you down to the highest bridge over very deep water.
When you get there, ask nicely for them to throw you off the bridge and into the water below.
