What is the best plastic (polymer) that allow light pass through?

In the other words, I am looking for the best, hopefully the least expensive, plastic that absorb minimal light.

Poly-methyl methacrylate (PMMA) is also used to make aircraft canopies for modern jets.

The Army also uses some variants of polycarbonate plastics for protective eyewear and lenses for lights.

try poly(methyl acrylate) .. is a plastic used to make lenses (LOL "organic glass"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
