cadbury has changed its marketing strategies continously. earlier it use to target kids than as that was a success it started targeting youth and showing how happy one can be by eating chocolates and than it started targeting all age group . Now its latest strategy is to encourage people to have chocolates as a celebration. Thats all i know

Shoudn't think its been the same - you can hardly survive in the competitive world today with the same strategy for 10 years. So guess you mean what have been their strategies and that i dont know, sorry. I know the confectionary market is very difficult.
