Depends where you live and what you are looking for - if you want the convenience of multiple locations, you should try gym chains like Holmes Place, LA Fitness or even Cannons who have multiple locations and stylish clubs within their portfolio.
Holmes Place "upper" end clubs include the Mayfair location and the Kensington locations. I think the South Kensington Location of LA Fitness is also quite posh. There are also a few new gyms under the name "Third Space" which are supposed to be quite nice and have Fresh&Wild stores attached to some locations. Apparently they have wonderful classes.
If you want exclusive, the Lambton Place gym in Notting Hill is quite posh, but equally as expensive.
On pricing, for all of these fitness clubs you should ask the club itself if your company has a special rate. I have added the weblinks below so you can check out the places i mentioned.

Without doubt Holmes Place on High Street Kensington. The place got brand new machines from Jan 2006, ubercool large very hot jacuzzi and the best cougars in town.

Holmes Place is a good chain with some of their clubs in good areas of London being rather flash, the one in Canary Wharf being a good example, it has flash monthly rates as well sadly though!
