Nothing that you mentioned is a sign of pregnancy in and of itself. Yes, pregnant women do tend to eat more, but that usually isn't until a bit later into the pregnancy. Without knowing what "sex stuff" is I couldn't tell you how it could be possible for her to become pregnant without actual intercourse occurring, but it is possible, though rare.
If your girlfriend is still getting her regular period than she should not be pregnant. How late is late? A lot of women don't have "regular" cycles, (ie occurring every 28 days) There are many different things that can effect a woman's cycle. If you two are generally concerned about the chance that she is pregnant, the easiest thing to do would be to have her take a pregnancy test. You will find out for sure in a matter of minutes.

I would not say that these are a sign of pregnancy. I know that my period can change when I get stressed. So when I get stress I also eat a lot more than normal.
Also, if my diet has change so will my bowl movements.
If you are really scared consult your doctor or get a home pregnancy test to make sure.

The only way to be sure is to be tested. Also, periods are very unpredictable and can be difficult to monitor.
Just because you didn't "actually have sex" and "were extremely careful" doesn't mean that she can't get pregnant. If you are not trying to get pregnant then you need to be VERY cautious and use a birthcontrol method.

No worries! There are lots of reasons that women are late or even skip periods. Stress is a major one. Sometimes worrying about being pregnant can actually be stressful enough to delay it up to an entire month.

i dont think she's pregant. Just so because she's having these changes doesnt mean she's pregnant. It could mean a lot of things. Maybe she's just stressed. Its too early to tell. Just the same, if you are really anxious to know, it will be best if you could ask her to take a pregnancy test just to make sure.

No. If she were preg, she wouldn't have a period at all. She could just be stressed. Or this new time, could be when her period is now. Watch it for the next few months, and see what happens. But NO...she is NOT preg!

If you didn't have sex..she is most likely not pregnant. But get a test or tell her to go see a doctor. Best to know what up now... Just in case.

Periods are stange things and sometimes come late.
Make sure you use condoms or arrange to see Doctor and get some "proper" birth control advise.
