This can be done using Outlook Express. You need to download it from Yahoo POP3 server. However, this is not free for all. If you are having Yahoo Plus/Premium Membership, then you can download the mails to your mailbox.
Try GMail :-) Gmail gives free POP3 service using which you can use Outlook Express to download your mails for offline viewing.

Use Outlook, but you need a POP server... yahoo is offering it but with a price... Try Gmail if you want for a free POP server...

u can configure ur mail account in microsft oultlook or oultlook express. afte configure this u can able to save ur all mail in ur hard drive. and u can access ur mail offline also.

open ur mail go to file save as page where u wanna save
