Zinc and Vitamin C are good for your immune system, combined with a healthy diet containing a lot of fruit and veg. If you don't get a lot of sunshine Cod liver oil capsules (tasteless) can help replace the vitamin d you naturally get from the sun.

Almost everything has been covered so heres what to avoid (things that will stress the immune system): sugar; white flour products; excess dairy products; overdoing it - whether it be exercising too hard or too much work, etc; emotional stress; overeating; taking a lot of antibiotics.
Also remember to maintain hygiene with both yourself (wash hands regularly etc) and food (refrigerate leftovers straight away, dont eat old food, wash fruit and veges thoroughly).

eat right, sleep, drink lots of water and exercise. Eating right can include vitamins, fresh fruit, fresh veg and supplements. I use Xango. It is an amazing energy boost, and has done some seriously good things to a joint I thought I had ruined. And it is good for many other things too. Not cheap though, a months supply is between $30 and $50.

all the above!!! :) try getting most of your nutrients through food though. there are juices that have extra vitamins added to them and (supposedly) they're absorbed better by the body that way. theoretically i think there may be some truth to that. with vitamins on the shelf, you never know what kind of exposure they had before you bought them. therefore, they may not be as potent. whereas with food, well lets face it; it spoils and smells bad if it's no good. (not to mention by filling up on healthy foods, you'll be less prone to snaking on junk food).
