There is no scientific evidence that liver damage is a side effect of protein shake consumption...that is old science...but never based on anything but a guess. Never proven.
You need food however. You need veggies and whole foods, carbs and lean proteins...vitamins...
That said...you might dehydrate or take so much that your system becomes slightly acidic. You will have aches.
Drink lots of water..eat veggies with your shake (celery sticks will do) to avoid the acid.

not really its just protein in denatured form there are alot of differnt types you shouldnt become dependent on them for muslce gain though your better off with eatings real meals with quality wholesome food they are only really good as an immeadiate source of aminos post workout because your body needs protein and a protein shake makes that readily available without havent to deal with the first stages of digestion

you might have more energy maby gain a lot of waight. bild more muscel. if you take to mutch you might get a stumick ake. the pops or no poops. any exses should go south.

liver and kidney damage if u take excessive doses.
when starting, take a small - moderate dose, then gradually increase the dosage to the recommended dosage

kidney problems if too much, body becomes too bulky sometimes and won't look good on you, if you dont exercise you gain atleast 1lb everytime you drink
