It was good but now my head is pounding.Could this be caused by sex or something completely different?

headaches after sex are caused by the state of ephoria that one is in plus decreased blood flow to the brain because your aroused in your private area. this is common and it is a little irritating. my advise to you would take a bunch of deep breaths and strech before having sex to keep the blood flow equal. if it continues then ask a doctor for a treatment.

It could be from various things! Did you get enough oxygen during and after? Did you eat properly before hand? Did he make you finish?

shoot....i feel better after....but that happens to me sometimes.....like you get worked up....or all the blood seems like it is in your head....

On the other hand, it can cure it. I don't see why your head is pounding. Maybe your head was hitting the wall or something when you were being pounded........................................................
