hey, cool down. too early to determine position of baby. it is still free to move around and the position changes from time to time. it begins to stabilize only after 34-36 weeks ( if this is her first pregnancy) and even much later (if she has had many children before).
don't lose sleep over fetal positions at least till 37weeks

FEET UP lots of rest less stress if this baby wants to come it will come i would be concerned until your doc says to be! take a hot bath lots of time the warmth gets the baby to move into another position, even a hot rag on the tummy might do it.. at 27 wks babies have a good chance of surviving out side of the womb.
My friend had her baby at 27 weeks. She was born 2lb 12oz and 16 " long and will be 3 years old this November healthy as a horse! and she is damn brilliant i tell you !

babies come when they are ready...the fact that the baby is down doesn't mean it's coming soon...she will have alot more discomfort because it is pressin down so just let put here feet up and give her a leg rub to take away a little stress...she also should take it easy to avoid premature labour...check out the links below
