I am suprised to see this here, didnt know anyone would want to know why Mr. Saxena quit.

He quit like the article said to breath Oxigen and couple of other ventures he has started. ESSAR was too time consuming and he wanted to build a legacy for himself which for the past 25 years of his life, he has been doing for other people including Ruias, so this is time for him to do the same for himself.
