I ripped the DVD w/the program referenced on Videora's site. No problem. I used the Videora Ipod Concerter to convert the video......took a long time but no problem or so I thought. I found the movie, exported it into itunes. I decided to click on the movie before trying to load it in the video ipod & the movie played but there was no sound. Why?

Tried to put it on the video ipod & couldn't do it. I'm sure I was doing something wrong. Can some explain how to do this process & also, since it's my daughter's ipod & it was configured on another computer & said "no" to getting rid of the songs on it & putting mine on (she hates my music anyways)...could that be part of the problem?

Lastly, I tried to load the Videora Ipod Converter onto our laptop (right now it's on the desktop) & the "start" button on the convert page won't show up, it's as if that section of the screen is missing. How do I fix that (& yes the screen is maximized)?

Thanks so much!!!

If you are trying to put a DVD on your ipod, you will have to download a DVD ripper. There are free DVD rippers at www.afterdawn.com and you can download it from there. THEN you use Videora to convert your ripped movie file into the correct format for your ipod. If you still need help you can im me on yahoo messenger. I'm tooraw88. Or you can just email me.
