Men always look women from her body and that's include her breasts. That depends on the personality of this person. Is he a workaholics or a maniac. From my personal opinion good man see the woman from their heart, kidness and bad man always look for someone who has big buttocks and breasts and of course good in xxx. Don't tell me in this world no man is consider as a pervert.

It's mostly a cultural thing. Most men in the northern hemisphere like larger bosoms and small hips. Southerly, especially in Africa, men prefer smaller bosoms and more generous hips.
Personally I don't care much either way as long as the girl is shapely.
